These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and fb0001 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at fb0001.org and all associated services, games, and features provided thereunder.

fb0001 operates as an online gaming platform serving Filipino adults and is committed to operating in a manner consistent with the guidelines and framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming activities in the Philippines.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any portion of the fb0001 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on fb0001, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account.
• You are a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from fb0001 or from any other regulated gaming platform in the Philippines.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of fb0001 or any of its gaming software and service providers.
• The funds you deposit originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of unlawful activity.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter binding contractual obligations under Philippine law.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on fb0001. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or supplementary Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, fb0001 may close all related Accounts, confiscate associated Bonus funds, and withhold any winnings derived from those Accounts pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your information promptly should any of it change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP). fb0001 staff will never request your password through any channel. You agree to notify fb0001 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any Withdrawal, fb0001 requires successful completion of KYC verification. KYC requires submission of one (1) valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted forms of ID include: Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, and Postal ID. fb0001 may also require proof of address and, where payment methods such as GCash or Maya are linked, confirmation of ownership of those accounts.

All transactions on the fb0001 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). fb0001 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. Supported channels may be updated periodically without advance notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day depending on the payment method and the Player's Account tier, and are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the fb0001 Account balance within seconds. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or InstaPay may take between fifteen (15) minutes and one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

fb0001 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside fb0001's control. All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from fb0001's operating funds.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be directed to a Philippine e-wallet or bank account registered in the name of the Account holder.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. fb0001 targets processing all withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, excluding those requiring additional compliance review.

fb0001 reserves the right to conduct standard compliance checks on withdrawal requests, including but not limited to: verification of wagering activity to confirm compliance with applicable bonus terms, anti-money laundering screening, and confirmation that the receiving account is owned by the verified Account holder.

fb0001 does not impose withdrawal fees. Any processing charges applied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Player.

From time to time, fb0001 offers Bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal caps on Bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are communicated at the point of Bonus offer and take precedence over any general statement in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• A Player may only claim a specific Bonus offer once unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in non-withdrawable promotional credit until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated for each Bonus. Uncompleted Bonuses expire automatically and are removed from the Account Balance.
• Bonuses are void if fb0001 determines that fraudulent, collusive, or irregular play has been used to trigger or complete wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

7.2 Abuse & Misuse

fb0001 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any Bonus — and to suspend an Account — where there is reasonable evidence of Bonus abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus, using low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements rather than genuine gameplay, and collusion with other Players to manipulate promotional outcomes.

All Games available on fb0001 are supplied by certified third-party providers. Each Game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between a Game's specific rules and these Terms, the Game's specific rules prevail for matters relating to gameplay and payouts.

Random Number Generator (RNG)-based Games operated on the fb0001 platform use independently certified RNG systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for each Game reflect long-term theoretical payout percentages and are no guarantee of results in any individual gaming session.

Game results are final once the round is completed and the outcome is displayed. fb0001 does not reverse or adjust game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction. In the event of a technical failure that renders the outcome of a round indeterminate, all Wagers placed in that affected round will be refunded to the Players' Account Balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb0001 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account Balances and Bonus credits, and, where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one Account on the platform, whether under your own identity or that of any third party.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Games or the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or take advantage of software bugs, errors, or miscalculations in game mechanics or bonus systems.
• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other Players to influence the outcome of any Game.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after funds have been used for gameplay.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or any other tool to mask your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fb0001 support staff or other Players through any communication channel on the platform.

fb0001 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for Filipino adults. We recognize that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors, and we provide tools to help all Players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players within their Account settings:

By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the fb0001 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Personal data collected by fb0001 is used for purposes including: Account registration and authentication, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and compliance with legal obligations. fb0001 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb0001's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb0001 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses or damages arising from gaming outcomes, including losses sustained during normal gameplay, whether on real-money or Bonus balance.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside fb0001's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, power failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, or acts of government.
• Technical malfunctions in a Player's device, browser, or internet connection that affect gameplay or transaction processing.
• Any unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by fb0001's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by fb0001.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting fb0001 customer support via live chat. Any legitimate Account Balance (excluding Bonus credit that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days of Account closure confirmation.

fb0001 may immediately suspend or permanently terminate an Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct listed in Section 9.
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory order requiring Account suspension or closure.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity in connection with the Account.

Upon termination for cause attributable to the Player, fb0001 may forfeit the entire Account Balance, including real-money funds held pending investigation of the alleged breach. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any forfeited legitimate funds will be returned.

fb0001 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including modifications to Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility criteria — fb0001 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining Balance.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at fb0001.org/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the fb0001 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and fb0001 arising from these Terms or from any gaming activity on the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact fb0001 customer support as the first step in raising any complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction within the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
